Ideal protein isn’t necessary easy (though it’s not hard either), but I can’t argue with the results. I lost 13 pounds within two weeks! Compared to everyone else around me, losing thirteen pounds was pretty minimal. The best part? I felt better. I quickly learned what people have been trying to tell me for years: "your body works better when you put the right things into it." Really? You mean healthy food actually makes you feel better? I honestly just thought my mother was out to get me as a child as she scooped brussel sprouts onto my plate.
My work took on Ideal Protein and I watched the changes around me. People kept shrinking!. Of course I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I didn’t want to lose much, I’m small to begin with, but I wanted to lose something. I wanted to lose that voice in my head, the one that nags us all and tears away at our self-esteem.
